From Public Works Director Warren Lee, dated March 15, 2013. Amends Table 14-A
under Class II Lamp Type by deleting the Operation Restrictions for LED fixtures with
less than two percent blue light content and traffic color compliant.
Recommends passage of Bill 58 on first reading:
