From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated February 28, 2013, transmitting for consideration
the proposed Operating Budget for the County of Hawai‘i for the Fiscal Year (FY)
ending June 30, 2014. This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and
appropriations of $370,778,473, and is $32,426,525; and

(Bill 40) FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014
From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated February 28, 2013, transmitting the proposed
Capital Budget for FY 2013-2014, and the Capital Program for the next six years from
FY 2013-14 to 2018-19, which includes 83 projects requiring a total appropriation of
$235,301,000. Approximately $214,176,000 are intended to be funded in whole or part
by bonds, $21,005,000 to be funded from Federal Grants Receivable, $20,000 to be
funded by fair share contributions, and $100,000 to be funded by private contributions.
