EXPLANATION (Provide complete explanation):
Funds are available in the Janitorial Services contact object code due to lower than anticipated bids.
Funds are requested to purchase a zero turn ride lawn mower as a result of budget reductions and less staffing.
This equipment will save in fuel cost and manhours to maintain the 335,188 sq ft(7.69 acres) of grounds we do
between Laupahoehoe&N/S Kohala. The additional manhours then may be spent on other essential custodial
services.
