(E) Mamalahoa Bypascs Highway-in-the South Kona District. We request the Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10 (Schedules), Division 8 (Restriction on Certain Vehicles), Section 24-293, Schedule 41 (Use of certain streets by certain vehicles restricted), subsection (f) Kona, under paragraph 3 (bicycles, mopeds, and motor scooters) be amended by deleting existing items: {A)- - _ - _ -- • -- ...e . - - e• - !. • e •• • - - - • e_ = :. - - - to a point four thousand feet in the easterly direction.
