SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 97-13, Draft 3; Amends Council Rule No. 9
(Committee Reports)
Please find attached Resolution No. 97-13, Draft 3. Resolution No. 97-13, Draft 2, was amended
by the contents of Communication No. 225.2, as amended, as duly approved by the Council on
April 17, 2013.
Prior to amending with Communication No. 225.2, the Council amended the contents therein by
striking the word "brief' as appearing between the words "a" and "summary."
The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires substantively amended
legislation to be held over to the next meeting of the Council, and adopted Resolution No. 97-13,
Draft 3.
