SUBJECT: A Bill for an Ordinance to Amend Chapter 14, Article 1, Section 14-1 of the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), Relating to Intoxicating
Liquors Prohibited in Certain Public Places
Please find attached a bill for an ordinance amending Chapter 14 of the Hawai`i County Code,
which amends Section 14-1 to include County parking lots as public places where intoxicating
liquors are prohibited.
I am requesting this be placed on the next suitable Committee Meeting agenda.
