AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 12-86, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013
RELATING TO THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO THE PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE AND
NATURAL RESOURCES PRESERVATION FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 12-86, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
following amount(s)to the fund(s)as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s)as specifiedin Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following
