Re: Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to enter into a multi-
year lease for five (5) years, for space No. C-3 located at 64-1067 Mamalahoa Highway, District
of Waimea, County of Hawaii, State of Hawai`i. The current lease for this property expires on
June 30, 2013. This site is needed by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to continue to
service clients with cases located in the North and South Kohala, and Hamakua Districts.

A. REQUEST:
Enter into an agreement to continue to lease the 600 square foot office space located at identified as space
No. C-3, located at 64-1067 Mamalahoa Hwy, District of Waimea, County of Hawaii, Sate of Hawaii.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney leases office space in the District of Waimea. The current lease ends
June 30, 2013. the proposed new lease will commence July 1, 2013 if approved.
The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney continues to service clients and complete work at the Waimea office
for cases located in North and South Kohala, and Hamakua Districts.
