Deletes the from Schedule 41 (use of certain streets by certain vehicles restricted), subsection (f) Kona, the Māmalahoa Bypass Highway, North and South Kona Districts, for vehicles having a gross vehicle weight rating of three or more tons, and a portion of Haleki‘i Street and the Māmalahoa Bypass Highway, North and South Kona Districts, for bicycles, mopeds, and motor scooters, both in accordance with the Māmalahoa Bypass project.
