SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 105-13, Draft 2; A Resolution Authorizing the
Director of Finance to Issue a Refund of a Rollback Tax and Penalty for
Breach of an Affordable Housing Dedication Totaling Two Thousand Six
Hundred Seventy Four and 93/100 Dollars ($2,674.93).
Please find attached Resolution No 105-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 105-13 was amended
by verbal amendment to correct the spelling of the word "totaling" as appearing in the title
of the resolution; as duly approved by the Finance Committee on April 30, 2013.
