SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 106-13, Draft 2; A Resolution Accepting the
Negotiated Lease Agreement for Hamakua Lands Identified as Tax Map Key
(3) 4-3-009-059 with Frank Commendador, Pursuant to Section 2-114 of the
Hawai`i County Code.
Please find attached Resolution No 106-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 106-13 was amended
by the contents of Communication No. 248.2, as duly' approved by the Finance Committee
on April 30, 2013.
