Amends Section 2 -178, Purchase and sale of affected properties, to state that the Planning Director shall not accept applications for relocation of any affected property 90 days after the effective date of the ordinance; and amends Section 2 -181, Expenditures from fund, to allow community benefit expenditures only if monies in the fund exceed the total assessed property value for geothermal relocation.
