Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 2, Proposed Operating Budget
FY 13-14
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 2, regarding the
Operating Budget. This proposed amendment would increase the General Fund revenues, Fund
Balance From Previous Year by $7,500 and increase expenditures for the Parks Maintenance
OCE, Rental/Lease of Equipment (Downtown Hilo) by the same amount.
