Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 2, Proposed Operating Budget
FY 13-14
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 2, regarding the
Operating Budget.
This proposed amendment would increase General Fund Revenues-Fund Bal From Prey Yr by
$290,122 and increase General Fund Expenditures Prosecuting Attorney S&W by $187,824,
Health Benefits by $40,948, Retirement Benefits by $28,516, Employer FICA by $13,634 and
Prosecuting Attorney OCE Telephone System by $19,200.
This amendment will add six (6) position(s) to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Bill 39,
D2, Section 3, Position Changes:
1. One (1) Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys positions ($89,316);
2. Two (2) Legal Clerk II (SR12-$30,036x2)positions;
3. One (1) Account Clerk (SR11-$28,836)position; and
4. Two (2) Student Intern I ($4,800x2) summer positions.
