'..L,,,,%r:.- STATE OF HAWAII 4 • • :N - BILL NO. 55 ORDINANCE NO. 11 57 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 12-86, AS AMENDED,THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2013. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 12-86, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. Account No. Source Fund Amount 020.3305.80 State Grants—Mauna Kea Watershed Alliance (MKWA) Grant Highway $ 15,000 Total $ 15,000 SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is/are hereby appropriated to the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below: Account No. Function and Activity Fund Amount 020.301.5301.07 Mauna Kea Watershed Alliance(MKWA) Grant Highway $ 15,000 Total $ 15,000 SECTION 3.
