SUBJECT: Resolution No. 111-13, Draft 2; Requesting the Legislative Auditor to
Conduct a Financial Audit of the County Clerk and the Office of Elections
Regarding the 2012 Primary and General Elections and to Transmit the
Audit by July 15, 2013.
Attached is Resolution No. 111-13, as amended to Draft 2, which incorporates those
amendments contained in Communication No. 272.1 as duly approved by the Council on
May 15, 2013.
In approving this resolution the Council voted pursuant to Rule No. 18-1 to suspend Rule
No. 24(1)(e), relating to floor amendments, to allow for the amendment of this resolution
and approval at the same meeting.
