Poindexter, Char rn Committee on Finance fa DATE: May 14, 2013 SUBJECT: Bill No. 39, Draft 3 Amendment to the FY 2013-2014 Operating Budget This is to transmit Bill No. 39, Draft 3, which was the result of an amendment approved at the May 13, 2013, Special Meeting of the Council. The amendment decreased General Fund Expenditures-Grants to Nonprofit Orgs by $1,500,000 and increased various nonprofit organizations by the same amount.
