Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 3, Proposed Operating Budget
FY 13-14
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 3, regarding the
Operating Budget.
This proposed amendment would increase General Fund Expenditures-Clerk Council Svc OCE
by $25,100 for Ka`u videoconferencing, DAE, and leasing computers and decreases
Meetings/Hearings by $13,400. This amendment also decreases the accounts HSAC/NACO by
$17,000 and Contingency Relief by $8,100.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the expenditure account are reflected
below:
