RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I/MIYASATO, AARON
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on a property damage incident occurring on or about November 10,
2012 submitted by Aaron Miyasato.
We ask that this claim be put on the Council's June 5, 2013 agenda.
