Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 3, Proposed Operating Budget
FY 13-14
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 3, regarding the
Operating Budget. This proposed amendment would increase General Fund Expenditures-Clerk-
Council Svc OCE-Telephone by $2,400 and Clerk-Council Svc Equip-Computer Equipment by
$6,000 and decrease Legislative Auditor OCE by $8,400 for the North Kohala Videoconference
site.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the expenditure accounts are reflected
below:
