Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 3, Proposed Operating Budget
FY 2013-2014
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 39, Draft 3, regarding the
Operating Budget. This proposed amendment would add North Kohala videoconferencing by
increasing the General Fund Expenditures-Clerk-Council Svc OCE-Telephone by $2,400,
Computer & Office by $400, and Clerk-Council Svc Equip by $6,000 and decreasing
Contingency Relief by $8,800.
The following amendment affecting appropriations to the expenditure accounts are reflected
below:
