Subject: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 115-13; Relating to Real Property Taxes
Please find attached a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 115-13. The amendment is
illustrated below via Ramseyer format; material to be added is underscored. The proposed
amendment reads as follows:
1. Adding a third Be It Further Resolved clause to read:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that at the end of fiscal year July 1, 2013, to June 30,
2014, the schedule of rates for the various classes of real property in the County of Hawai`i
shall revert back to the schedule of rates for the various classes of real property from fiscal
year July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2013; and"
