AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 88 -81, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1988 TO JUNE 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 88 -81, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1988 to June 30,
1989, is hereby amended by redesignating the source of funds from
the sale of general obligation bonds to the Bond Fund Fund Balance
for the following project:
110 - 299 - 5298.25 -115 Ka'u Police Station $50,000.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
