AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 88 -83, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 88 -83, as amended, the Operating
Budget for the County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1989, is hereby amended by adding the following appropriation(s).
010 - 201 - 5218.41 -450 Drug Enforcement - Equip - Office $2,200
010 - 201 - 5218.41 -453 Drug Enforcement - Equip -Ed, Scien, 3,200
Recr Equip
SECTION 2. Funds for the foregoing appropriations shall be
provided from the unencumbered balances in the Drug Enforcement
Miscellaneous Contractual Services account, 010 - 201 - 5218.41 -115.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
