Subject: Proposed Amendments to Resolution No. 18- 13; Relating to a Real Property Task Force
As a co-owner of a lot in the same subdivision as Ms Jeanne Sunderland's retreat center, I have
to object to her appointment to the real property task force as referenced above. I particularly
object to her position as her ability to perform accurate and acceptable accounting is doubtful as
evidenced by her inability to provide accurate and acceptable records to our community
association regarding road work and other items she has made claims for. Her inability to work
constructively with her closest neighbors casts strong doubt on her ability to become our public
representative on this task force. I would respectfully submit that you thank Ms Sunderland for
her desire to be involved, but find a better qualified appointee. Thank you for your attention.
