We would respectfully encourage the council to keep Mrs.
Sunderland off of this task force.
Mrs. Sunderland has filed a legal complaint against Honopueo
Community Association with Margret Wille as her attorney. This
action involves a Special Use Permit on Mrs. Sunderland's part
and Mrs. Wille's involvement represents a clear conflict of
interest. Having Mrs. Sunderland on this task force would be an
extension of that conflict of interest.
