AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 88 -83, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish the
necessary appropriation(s) and to designate the resource by which authorized
expenditures may be permitted
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 88 -83, as amended, relating to the operating
budget for the County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1989, is
hereby amended by appropriating the following amounts to the following fund(s)
and expenditure account(s) as set forth below:

SECTION 3. Funds for the appropriations as delineated in Section 2 of this
ordinance shall be provided from the unencumbered balance(s) in the following
account(s) and that the said account shall be reduced in the amount of the sum
of the appropriations delineated in Section 2.
