ORDINANCE NO. 89 84
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance
to close the Improvement Revolving Fund, a special fund, by
transferring the unexpended proceeds to the General Fund.
SECTION 2. The unencumbered proceeds of the Improvement
Revolving Fund, a special fund, is hereby transferred to the
Sundry Refund -Prior Year revenue account of the General Fund.
SECTION 3. Upon completion of the transfer of the
unexpended proceeds, the Improvement Revolving Fund, a special
fund, shall be deemed closed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
