Re: Julie Ann Hynes v. County of Hawai`i v. Cullen K. Spencer; Civil No. 11-1-372K
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we request an
attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County Council
on matters pertaining to an offer to settle the above-entitled lawsuit for damages filed on
September 13, 2011. We ask that this case be placed on the County Council's July 10, 2013
agenda for Hilo.
