AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 482 ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 17, 19799
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE UTILIZATION OF BOND FUNDS FOR THE
PURPOSE OF FINANCING CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 8, of Ordinance 482, as amended, is further
amended by adding the following projects to utilize these funds:
"SECTION 8. Funds for any projects listed in this
ordinance which lapse in accordance with section 10 -10 of the County
Charter, County of Hawaii, 1980, may be utilized for the following
projects:
27. Komohana Street Improvements

28. Kilauea Avenue (Ponahawai /Mohouli) 40,000
29. Hualalai Road (N. Kona) 250.000

SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material

SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of the ordinance is
declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other parts of
this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
