Paradise Park Subdivision, All Unpaved Roads” to Article 11 (Schedules - Private Streets),
Division 1 (Speed Limits), Section 24-298, Schedule 2 (15 mile per hour limit),
subsection (g), Puna.
Recommends passage of Bill 82 on first reading:
Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kern, Onishi, Poindexter,
Wille, Yoshimoto, and Chair Kanuha – 9.
Noes: None.

AMENDED), RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS

Paradise Park Subdivision, all paved roads except for Shower Drive, Kaloli Drive, Paradise
Drive, and Makuu Drive” to Article 11 (Schedules - Private Streets), Division 1 (Speed
Limits), Section 24-300, Schedule 4 (25 mile per hour limit), subsection (g), Puna.
Recommends passage of Bill 83 on first reading:
