Authorizing the Finance Director to Lease Real Property in the Education
Training Facility in Na Kahua Hale 0 Ulu Wini Community in North Kona to
Habitat for Humanity West Hawai`i
Please find attached Resolution No. 119-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 119-13 was amended
verbally to remove the apostrophe from the word "it's" as appearing in the eighth Whereas
clause of the resolution, as duly approved by the Finance Committee on June 4, 2013.
