Although the parties (Kohanaiki Shores and the Department of Parks and Recreation) are in the process of fining tuning the language in the Parks Maintenance Agreement and the Memorandum of Understanding regarding Interim Operation of Public Park, there are no overriding concerns at this time and this Department has no objections to the documents being accepted by the Hawai`i County Council.
