RE: PRESENTATION BY THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING REGARDING A
COMPREHENSIVE EXPLANATION BETWEEN THE DIFFERENCE OF A
"PLANNED URBAN DEVELOPMENT," AND A"PROJECT DISTRICT."
Attached please find copy of communication to the Director of the Department of Planning,
requesting a presentation to the Council providing a comprehensive explanation between the
difference of a"Planned Urban Development," and a"Project District." An hour should be
ample time for this presentation.
Please refer this item to the appropriate committee to meet on July 23, 2013.
