SUBJECT: A Bill for an Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 25, Section 2-139 of
the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended) relating to
Awarding of Contingency Relief Funds to Nonprofit Organizations
Attached for your consideration is a bill to repeal the process of awarding grants from the
District Contingency Relief fund to nonprofit organizations.
