Pursuant to Section 92-7, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the
Hawai`i County Council will be holding a public hearing to hear testimony on Bill 249:
Amends Section 25-8-28 (Ka`u District Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter
25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County Code, by Changing the
District Classification from Agricultural (A-20a)to Agricultural Project
District at Palima and Paauau, Ka`u, Hawai`i, Covered by Tax Map
Key 9-6-5:18 and 9-6-6:4 (approx. 171.782 acres, more or less).

Copies of this bill may be reviewed at the Office of the County Clerk, 25 Aupuni Street,
Hilo, Hawai`i; the Office of the Mayor, 75-5706 Kuakini Highway, Suite 103,
Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i; and the County Council's Kona Branch Office, 77-6399 Nalani
Street, Suite 104, Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i (during the hours of 8 a.m. through 4 p.m.).
All persons desiring to express their views on the above matter may do so orally at the
hearing or by submitting written statements to the County Clerk's Office, 25 Aupuni
Street, Hilo, Hawai`i 96720.
