HomeMy WebLinkAboutNTC COUNCIL 07/31/2007 Public Hearing 2006-2008 HAWAII COUNTY COUNCIL'S NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Date: July 31, 2007(Tuesday) Time: 6 p.m. Place: Council Room (Ben Franklin Building) 333 Kilauea Avenue, Second Floor Hilo, Hawai`i Pursuant to §92-41, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Hawai`i County. Council will be holding a public hearing to hear testimony on: Resolution 109-07, Draft 2: Modifies the Special Fuel Tax Program. All interested persons are invited to attend and they shall be afforded the opportunity to be heard. Those persons wishing to testify in person must register with the Council/Clerk's staff prior to the convening of the hearing. Those testifying in person and submitting written testimony should bring 17 copies of the testimony for distribution at the meeting. Those persons unable to testify in person may submit testimony(1) by mail to the County Clerk's Office, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai`i, (2)by facsimile to(808) 961-8912, or(3)by e-mail to counciltestimony @co.hawaii.hi.us. The meeting place is accessible for persons with physical disabilities. Persons who need special accommodations for this meeting should call by July 24, 2007. Persons using TDDs may call 961-8521.
