SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 82, Draft 2; An ordinance amending Chapter 24,
Article 11, Division 1, Section 24-298 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983
(2005 Edition, as amended), relating to speed limits.
Please find attached Bill No 82, Draft 2. Bill No. 82 was amended verbally to replace the
word"property" with the word "properly" as appearing in Section 1, as duly approved by the
Council during its meeting on June 18, 2013.
