Subject: Transmitting Resolution No. 131, Draft 2; Relating to Scuba Spear Fishing and
the Puako Fisheries Management Area Boundary
Please find attached Resolution No. 131, Draft 2. Resolution No. 131 was amended by the
contents of Comm. No. 316.1, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting on June 18,
2013.
The Council suspended its rule requiring that bills and resolutions up for final reading that are
amended be held over until the next regular meeting (Rule No. 24(1e)), and subsequently
adopted Resolution No. 131, Draft 2.
The Council suspended its rule requiring a five-day holdover for reconsideration (Rule No.
15(2)).
Please transmit the attached resolution to all designated parties without delay.
