Dear Council Members,
Please consider voting for Resolution 112-13, a bill to change the name of Walua Trail to Toni Blair
Trail, to honor PATH founder and local organizer, Toni Blair, who helped develop the trail. As a past
PATH president and board member, I fully support the new name for the trail. It would be only fitting
to leave a legacy in the community in Toni's name.
