We cannot think of anyone more deserving of this recognition than Toni
Fortin Blair.
We met Toni 16 years ago when we moved to Kona from Oahu. Toni's love
for and dedication to her Kona community was obvious. She soon
introduced Daniel to PATH and had him volunteering on the Board of
Directors. I cannot begin to count all the ways her passion and generosity
affected this community.
She was an inspiring community leader, encouraging others in so many
positive ways. Her vision to improve, protect, and maintain the Kona
lifestyle for the entire community was apparent in her instrumental
involvement with PATH. I cannot think of a better way to honor her
contributions to our community and to remind us all of the role we play in
maintaining Toni's vision for Kona.
