July 24, 2013 Council Meeting in Kona
This is to inform you that I am planning to present a Resolution from the Hawai`i
State Association of Counties to Councilmember K. Angel Pilago at the next
council meeting scheduled in Kona on July 24, 2013. I anticipate that it will take
approximately 10 minutes.

which led to enactment of new laws in the State of Hawaii that provide strong tools

identifying issues, resolving conflicts,building coalitions, and coordinating positive
