RE: CLAIM AGAINST THE COUNTY OF HAWAII/TONG, AMY
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawai`i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
Hawai`i County Council on a property damage claim occurring on or about May 9, 2012
submitted by Amy Tong.
