SUBJECT: Resolution Accepting the Grant of Easements from Kohala Kai, LLC for
Public Access Purposes
TMK: 5-9-017:001 to 008 inclusive
I am pleased to forward for your consideration and adoption a Resolution accepting a grant of
easements over the subject properties for public access purposes.
These easements will provide vehicular, parking and pedestrian public access to and laterally
along the coastline of the subject properties.
