Gentlemen:
We are enclosing the original and two copies of the Dedication
Deed covering a portion of roads built to dedicated standards
in the Leilani Estates Subdivision.
The enclosed Dedication Deed conveys the portion of that road
that connects with Highway 13 and continues into Leilani Estates
Subdivision through Unit I and through to the makai edge of
Unit II, Increment A. This stretch of road is also identified
as a portion of Road B of Leilani Estates Subdivision.
Your acceptance of these improvements at your earliest convenience
will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
