COUNTY LEEWARD PLANNING COMMISSION
EXPLANATION: Ms. Nobriga is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. She will be replacing
Wayne Iokepa and serve a five-year term. Ms. Nobriga was informed
that she is not required to come before the Council for final confirmation.

None
RECOMM.: Positive; recommends confirmation of the appointment of
Ms. Barbara A. K. Nobriga to the Hawai`i County Leeward
Planning Commission.
