Dear Council members,
Please do not comfirm Bobby Jean Leithead-Todd as Director of Environmental Management. We
cannot sustain both an incinerator
and work towards reduction of wastes and their creation. She and Mayor Kenoi are going in the wrong
direction for Hawaii Island. We
do not and should not generate wastes like Oahu where a garbage burning power generator makes more
sense.
