I write to share my support of the appointment of Bobby Jean Leithead Todd as

' ,,7 I have known, worked and collaborated with Ms. Leithead Todd for more than
20 years and over the years I have come to appreciate her dedication, work ethic,

w ‘ calming influence and the ability to lead by example. All too often a position will
require a specific technical training, however, the true measure of a leader is the
t ,;; f4 ability to empower those they lead and accomplish a task. Ms. Leithead Todd does
k ' '4 47' this and makes it appear effortless.
It, Ms. Leithad Todd is also an amazing role model and mentor to other young
