Education and the people have been hog-tied from autonomy by treasonous
prohibition's petrol-chem GMOs.
If no prohibition we would not be here today because GMOs cannot compete with
hemp, a suppressed science. The recent West Texas fertilizer explosion would be
unlikely if no prohibition. Cannabis is nitrogen fixing but we have several generations of
people who know nothing of a cannabis economy or culture; the basis of every previous
major civilization which we are and now nobody can make it in business without using
GMO petrol-chem. "It is error and error only that requires the support of government,
truth can stand by itself' Thomas Jefferson.
Free enterprise is the solution, and that could only be cannabis, the cause of
prohibition as Rockefeller stated, "Competition is a sin". GMOs are just the most recent
symptom of an inept University of Hawaii, government control of education. If the tree
of liberty must be occasionally watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants who could
this be?
It is commendable to make an effort to curb the use of GMOs however is band-
aids on staff infection. The infection is the sulfur acidification of the oceans that will die
in 50 years, why have children? In the overall picture this endeavor is a waste of time
without a comprehensive solution, the blind leading the blind. The comprehensive
solution is this Council's passing this ordinance known to be SCCTEBUH that I as a
citizen have been legislating 2 years now, the idea of cleaning the environment and every
other problem by creating a major civilization that floats in the ocean, not of this world.
The earnings engine is acquired by Federal Grant 1033 by which free electric generators
will make every citizen a stockholder, the basis of autonomy, a public corporation that
pays the citizen. I know of a $65K donation to pay the shipping cost for decommissioned
naval vessels if this council could be interested to inevitably clean Fukushima.
Problem solving requires understanding the problem itself. To procure our own
destiny we must publicly own our own resource currency as strength in numbers. 1769's

Why not pass SCCTEBUH today? I assume you know what this is as I have
supplied all of you this ordinance at my expense?
The ordinance SCCTEBUH with the full cooperation of the honorable Mitch Roth
emboldens the farmer to grow this $billion crop on the instant. SCCTEBUH is the use of
freedom and free enterprise to solve this GMO problem by nitrogen fixing good idea.
We are only civilized to the extent the weak are protected by the strong. How
civilized are we without good decisions? That which could should but does not change is
doomed for failure. As a republic we need answers not excuses. May I ask a raise of
hands, which will pass SCCTEBUH today? Will get back, yes or no?
