SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 123-13, Draft 2; a Resolution Urging the
Administration to Adopt an Approach to the County's Solid Waste Program
Please find attached Resolution No. 123-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 123-13 was amended by
the contents of Communication No. 296.2, as duly approved by the Environmental Management
Committee during its meeting on July 23, 2013.
Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2-207 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as
amended), Resolution No. 123-13, Draft 2, was referred to the Director of Environmental
Management and the Environmental Management Commission for their comments and
recommendations.
